Here we’ve put together a list of our favourites, most of them have menus on their websites to peruse…   These 2 are really popular with a bit of a buzz about them at the moment: The Grill  www.thegrillcowes.co.uk  see our review Coast www.thecoastbar.co.uk  see our review   Continue reading →

The Mess Canteen & Bar, Cowes

The Mess Canteen is a great little bar in Cowes High Street. The food is really good – Mark’s favourite dish is their amazing fish cakes, I have a penchant for their delicious burgers with rosemary fries and my bro-in-law Rob nearly always has their lovely big slab of ham with egg and chips. YUM! The Mess is also a really fun evening venue, well known in Cowes for their fruity jam jar cocktails, definitely worth a visit. The Mess Bar & Canteen, 63 High Street, Continue reading →
