Bookings must be paid for in full by credit/debit card. Check Out time is 10:30am; an extended checkout may be available by arrangement Bookings cancelled or amended 2 or more days in advance of your arrival date will be given a full refund. Bookings cancelled or amended less than 2 days in advance of your arrival will not receive a refund. There are no refunds given in the case of early departure. The Caledon is a smoke free house - Should you choose to ignore this policy, you will be asked to leave and charged in full for your booking plus an additional £100 for specialist cleaning to your room. Payment will be taken from the card used to secure the room/s. Damage to The Caledon, whether reported or not will be charged using the card details given to secure the booking. Unfortunately this includes replacement mattress costs for bed wetting. Please ask for waterproof mattress protector if you are in any doubt. Guest vehicles are parked on the premises at the owner's risk. We cannot be held responsible for any damage or theft. Although we appreciate our animal friends, pets are not allowed at The Caledon. Sorry!
