Congratulations to Mark, Rob and Joe on cycling 100km round the Island yesterday! The Isle of Wight Randonnee had record numbers of cyclists this year, over 2500 taking part. Beautifully made from reclaimed timber from a coastguards cottage on Ryde seafront! Mountain boarding with Isle of Wight Adventure Activities in Freshwater last Friday was fab! It was a gorgeous sunny morning looking over the bay and such fun, we would definitely recommend having a go with friends. A delicious pub lunch at The Red Lion in Freshwater afterwards was well deserved too – lots of tumbles and walking back up the hill was hungry work! Note – we all had very sore muscles the next day!
