The Caledon ‘Heat and Eat’ Menu

All dishes are homemade right here by Andrea and are a selection of our some of our favourites. This is a new venture to help keep you well fed, so if you have any feedback we would love to hear it. We hope you enjoy them as much as we do.

 

Roasted Vegetable Lasagne (Vegetarian)  - £7

Ingredients: Peppers, sweet potato, courgette, onion, tomatoes, spinach, durum wheat semolina, cheddar, mozzarella, wheat flour, milk, butter, olive oil, dried chilli flakes, garlic, oregano, vegetable stock, salt and pepper.

 

Butternut Squash and Chickpea Tagine with Cous Cous (Vegan) - £6

Ingredients: Butternut squash, carrots, courgette, tomatoes, chickpeas, whole wheat semolina, red onion, garlic, ginger, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, chilli powder, olive oil, salt and pepper.

 

Beef Lasagne - £8 

Ingredients: Minced beef, tomatoes, onion, milk, wheat flour, cheddar cheese, butter, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, flour, sugar, thyme, oregano, olive oil, beef stock, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper.

 

Instructions

Help yourself to a dish from the freezer. Defrost in the fridge before use. Lift the lid slightly to allow air to escape. Thoroughly heat in the microwave for at least 3 minutes or until piping hot throughout, stirring/separating halfway through.

Plates, cutlery, napkins available for your use. If you want to take it up to your room then please use a tray.
