  • Yes. All direct bookings include a freshly cooked breakfast, served daily in our bright dining room or delivered to your room.

    We also offer cereals, fruit and great tea & coffee, with options for most dietary needs.

    We serve between 0700-0900 Mon-Fri and 0730-0930 Sat & Sun

  • Yes — we offer free on-site parking for guests. Cowes has limited street parking, so this is a huge benefit for visitors. Please check our online parking guide before you arrive.

  • We offer easy self check-in from 2pm, ideal for flexible arrival times or late ferries. Full instructions are sent on the day of arrival, and because we live at the house, help is always nearby if you need it.

  • Our easy access Self Check-In starts from 2pm but you can book an Early arrival from 12 noon when you book directly with us.

    If you fancy a slower start, we sometimes offer a limited Late Checkout option on selected days.

  • Yes, we welcome guests aged 12 and over. We’re unable to accommodate younger children, toddlers or infants.

  • Yes — every guest room at The Caledon features a modern private ensuite shower room, stocked with fresh towels and quality toiletries and a hairdryer too.
