That’s why we’ve made self check-in at The Caledon as simple and stress-free as possible. No apps, no complicated systems, just an easy way to get straight to your room and start relaxing.

How It Works

  • No waiting around for keys – Check in at a time that suits you, from 2:00 PM onwards.

  • No high-tech gadgets required – Just a simple door code that we send to you before you arrive.

  • Quick and easy entry – Just punch in the code, turn the handle, and you're in!

  • Your key is ready for you – Inside, you’ll find your room key waiting for you on the arrivals board.

  • Come and go as you please – You’ll have a front door key fob for the rest of your stay, so you can come and go with ease.

Not a Tech Person? No Problem!

If you can use a keypad to type a number, you can use our check-in system. It’s as easy as unlocking a door at home. Plus, we send you clear instructions before you arrive to make things even simpler.
